What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and locale preference. We do not collect full birthdates from children — only birth year and grade level, stored under your family account.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Children under 13 are never directly authenticated. Only parents create accounts. Child learning data (problem attempts, drill scores) is linked to your family account, not to a separate child account.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how products are used. Analytics are tied to an anonymous device ID, not your identity, until you explicitly sign in. You can opt out in product settings.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run Sensim Lab (Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payments, PostHog for analytics).
